Edvins Ozols was born in 1985 in Riga. Graduated from the Jāzeps Vītols Academy of Music of Latvia (jazz double bass / jazz department).
As a double bassist and bass guitarist, he works in the Latvian Radio big band, plays in various jazz projects, and also plays together with Intars Busulis for several years.
