This album features world-renowned Georgian composer Gia Kancheli's compositions written for theater and motion pictures, including Mimino, King Lear, Don Quixote, Hamlet and Richard III, recorded in chamber jazz format.
The music was arranged by Maestro Raimonds Pauls in his own manner, and the recording made in the studio of Latvian Radio 1 received genuine praise from the author himself.
